According to the development needs of the company, the recruitment plan for 2023 is as follows:
1. Engineering Department
(1) Water Protection Division
1, Recruitment position: soil and water conservation plan and acceptance report preparation technician;
2, recruitment: 2-4 people;
3, education requirements: bachelor degree or above;
4, professional requirements: soil and water conservation and desertification control, water conservancy and hydropower engineering, ecology and other related majors;
5, qualifications: ① with more than 1 year of work experience, can independently undertake soil and water conservation plan preparation, acceptance work; Be familiar with the basic policies, regulations, guidelines, standards and working processes of the industry; 3. Proficient in CAD, PS, office and other related software; ④ work actively, initiative, serious and responsible, with good communication skills and writing skills, good executive ability, has a good team cooperation ability; ⑤ Good health, hard work, can adapt to short-term business trip work requirements; ⑥ With engineer and above title or national registration certificate is preferred.
(2) Hydrology Division
1, recruitment position: flood demonstration, sewage outlet demonstration, water resources demonstration report preparation technical personnel;
2, recruitment: 2 people;
3, education requirements: bachelor degree or above;
4, professional requirements: water conservancy and hydropower, hydrology, water resources and other related majors;
5. Qualifications: Have team spirit, can adapt to travel, have certain hydrological analysis and calculation ability, strong external communication ability, familiar with relevant business norms, skilled in industry-related basic software. Relevant working experience, ability to complete projects independently is preferred.
2. Salary and treatment
1, the probation period: 1-3 months, after the assessment of excellence can end the probation period in advance;
2, probation treatment: 80% of the basic security of regular employees.
