Recently, we successfully won the bid for the 2026 Integrated Soil and Water Conservation Project Monitoring Services in Linshui County, Sichuan Province. This project is the only one from Sichuan Province selected as a key national pilot demonstration under the Ministry of Water Resources’ 2026 integrated soil and water conservation initiative, entrusted with the critical mission of exploring systematic approaches to soil and water loss control and pathways for value‑creation in the new era.
The project is centered on the Dahong River Basin, located in the core area of the Mingyue Mountain Green Development Demonstration Belt, and borders Chongqing’s Changshou and Dianjiang Districts. It serves as a critical frontline for ecological co‑governance and collaborative management in the Sichuan–Chongqing region. In terms of its approach, the project pioneers a closed-loop mechanism of “management–transformation–benefits–re‑management,” leveraging the synergies of “small watershed + navel orange and white tea tourism” to establish an integrated demonstration zone of “ecology + agriculture + cultural tourism,” thereby achieving deep integration between soil and water conservation and the realization of ecological product value. With a total investment of RMB 115 million—of which RMB 80 million comes from central government funds—the project addresses soil and water loss across 60.57 square kilometers, benefiting 118,600 residents. Upon completion, it is expected to conserve 109,400 tons of soil annually, store 1.4843 million cubic meters of water, drive over RMB 100 million in combined agricultural and tourism output, and create approximately 3,000 new jobs, delivering substantial economic and environmental benefits.

The company will establish a specialized technical team, leveraging its technological strengths and extensive experience in soil and water conservation monitoring to implement all monitoring tasks to the highest standards. With a scientific, rigorous, and pragmatic approach, it will deliver high‑quality monitoring services to support the integrated advancement of soil and water conservation projects in Linshui County, while providing precise data to underpin effectiveness assessments and the valuation and monetization of ecological products.
