According to the website of Sichuan Water Resources Department, according to the spirit of documents such as "Implementation Opinions on Deepening the reform of the title system" (Sichuan Commission Office [2018] No. 13) and "Basic Conditions for the Evaluation of the title of engineering and technical personnel in Sichuan Province" (Sichuan Economic and Credit Regulation [2022] No. 7), combined with the actual situation of the water conservancy and power industry in our province, Sichuan Provincial Water Resources Department and Sichuan Provincial Human Resources and Social Security Department jointly formulated the "Basic Conditions for the Application and Evaluation of professional titles of Hydraulic Power Engineering Technicians in Sichuan Province". On April 25, 2024, it was jointly issued as the Notice of Sichuan Provincial Department of Water Resources and Sichuan Provincial Department of Human Resources and Social Security on Issuing the Basic Conditions for the Application and Evaluation of the Title of Technical Personnel of Sichuan Water Conservancy and Electric Power Engineering (Sichuan Water Industry Regulation (2024) No. 2), which will come into effect on June 1, 2024. The original "Basic Conditions for the Application and Evaluation of Qualifications for Middle and senior professional and Technical Positions in Sichuan Water Conservancy and Electric Power Engineering" (Sichuan Shuifa [2019] No. 7) was repealed at the same time.
